Stayed here during Christmas and had a great time! The staff was super friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance to all the attractions. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the cozy atmosphere. a wonderful experience!
There were a few small issues during our stay. The bathroom was a bit small and the shower didn't have a hanger, so it was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel's decoration had a lovely nostalgic charm and the general areas were spacious and accessible for senior people. The children working there were friendly and helpful.
Shower curtain was pretty useless, water spilled all over the floor near the shower.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet square but is still conveniently close to the center of the town. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the fresh coffee and cake served in the morning. the hotel facilities were excellent.
Could not be improved in any way.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, right in the center of town but in a quiet square. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was the lack of variety in the breakfast items.

I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely and welcoming the hotel was. Despite being in a run-down area, the owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room, although slightly dated, was spotlessly clean with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, although it would have been nice to have a few more options. The hotel also directed us to a restaurant in town where we received a discount. I had a very enjoyable stay at Anesis Hotel.
